A leading, privately held scientific research and technology organisation is seeking Machine Learning Researchers and Engineers to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team applying advanced machine learning techniques to challenging scientific problems. Your role

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex scientific problems
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate ML research into actionable outputs
Contribute to model training, evaluation, and optimization workflows
Work with diverse datasets, including structured, unstructured, and multimodal sources
Apply Python programming skills in research and production contexts

What you’ll bring

Proven track record in machine learning research or engineering
Strong Python programming skills
Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and a collaborative mindset
Experience in scientific domains (e.g., molecular simulation, structural biology, chemistry) is a plus, but not required
High-performing, independent, and proactive approach to problem-solving
