TXP is a fast-growing IT consultancy, delivering Cloud-based application development, digital transformation, and technical advisory services across public and private sectors. We manage the full delivery life cycle, from business requirements to development, QA, release, and support.
We're looking for a highly accomplished, Midlands based Test Lead/Manager on a 6 Month FTC basis to work with TXP and our leading financial services client in the West Midlands to deliver business commitments on a Data Centre Migration to Azure.
Skills/Experience:
Strong E2E Test lead experience (not just functional testing) - ESSENTIAL
Experience of migration of applications and infrastructure from on-premises data centres to Microsoft Azure - ESSENTIAL
Strong understanding of integration, performance testing, OAT data migration validation, and operational readiness
Familiarity with Enterprise tools such as LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and Soap UI
Proven experience in leading and coordinating testing, preferably for migrations
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across diverse teams
Ability to work within structured test processes and support Test Managers in strategic planning
Knowledge of Azure-native monitoring and automation tools
Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
