SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

- To provide first line support for users using the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Finance System & SAP Analytics Cloud.
- To provide occasional cover and support for team member around SAP Supplier Lifecycle Portal & ARIBA.
- The Finance Systems Support Analyst, will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's finance systems.
- This role involves providing first line support for users across Finance, Procurement & Operations.
- This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, providing user training, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- A background in Finance (ideally) and experience in first line support for SAP S4HANA & SAC users.

Key Responsibilities:

- First line support and resolution of user tickets for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, General Ledger, Banking, User access.
- Daily system checks.
- Master data management - cost centers, projects, GL accounts, hierarchies.
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team with payment runs.
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Business Partnering & Capital Accountants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Test & implement approved system changes and upgrades.
- Test and validate system enhancements before deployment.
- User training and documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
