Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our Leathergoods Department at Harrods, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the sales team with the tools, guidance, and support they need to deliver exceptional client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets.

Your Contribution to the Role

Enable Sales Excellence: Act as a key enabler for the sales team by ensuring they have the right tools, knowledge, and motivation to perform at their best and close sales effectively.
Client Experience Leadership: Elevate the in-store experience by mentoring team members on delivering personalized, high-touch service aligned with Dolce & Gabbana standards.
Sales Floor Coordination: Oversee the smooth execution of the sales ceremony, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with brand values.
Product & Brand Expertise: Serve as a role model in product knowledge and brand storytelling, inspiring the team and enhancing client engagement.
Clienteling & CRM: Drive client retention and acquisition through strategic use of CRM tools, ensuring accurate data capture and proactive outreach.
Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive results.
Team Development: Mentor and coach Client Advisors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Support: Assist with visual merchandising, stock organization, and shop floor maintenance to ensure a premium environment.

What You Bring To The Team

Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury retail, ideally in accessories or leathergoods.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing others.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and industry standards.
