Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Platform Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing ServiceNow HRSD modules and enabling seamless integrations with internal and external systems. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong understanding of HR workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Administration
Perform system configuration, form design, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, workflows, and catalog item administration.
Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
Ensure ServiceNow platform health, security, and compliance.
HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Configure and support HRSD modules: HR Case Management, HR Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Requests, etc.
Implement HR workflows, SLAs, and user experiences for HR operations.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver HRSD enhancements.
Support data loads, HR profiles, employee service center branding, and HR case configurations.
Platform Integrations:
Design, implement, and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and scripted integrations.
Work with external systems (HRIS, IAM, Payroll, Identity providers, etc.) to ensure smooth data synchronization.
Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain monitoring, logging, and support documentation.
ITSM & Cross-Functional Support:
Provide support for ITSM modules as needed (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
Participate in release management, testing, and deployment.
