Required Skills (Must Have):

8+ years of experience in a software testing environment, with a minimum of 4+ years working on the ServiceNow platform

8+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing

Strong expertise with automated testing frameworks and tools, including ATF, Selenium, Postman, and SOAP UI

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Scripts, and Integration Hub

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Experience working with tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
