Job Specifications

We're working with a client recruiting a CRM executive - based in London with a 2 to 3 x days in the office. You will be working within a wider digital marketing team, and will have experience already within CRM / Email marketing and be confident in managing processes independently.

You will be responsible for building email campaigns, working alongside the team to ensure that they fit the brand ethos and also the customer profiles

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement email marketing strategies, create campaign calendars, and set goals/KPIs.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy, design email templates, and ensure visual appeal and mobile-friendliness.
Campaign Execution: Build, schedule, and deploy campaigns using marketing automation tools, managing subscriber lists and segmentation.
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, content, design) and use data to improve performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics, analyse results, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing and familiarity with platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of segmentation, automation, personalization, and deliverability.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

You must be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions and be able to travel to the London HQ every week.
