MuleSoft Architect (SC Clearable)
Location: London (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Security Clearance: Eligible for SC Clearance (UK)

We are hiring an experienced MuleSoft Architect to join a growing integration practice supporting UK public sector and enterprise clients. This is a permanent role within a consultancy environment, where architects are not tied to a single project but work flexibly across multiple engagements as client needs evolve.

You will play a key role in shaping high-level integration architecture, leading solution design, and ensuring delivery of secure, scalable MuleSoft implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and design end-to-end MuleSoft integration architectures across multiple client programmes
Define and govern API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns
Provide architectural guidance across the full SDLC : requirements, design, build, deployment, and production support
Act as a technical authority for MuleSoft best practices, performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate directly with UK public sector clients, leading technical discussions and design workshops
Support and mentor senior developers and delivery teams
Ensure solutions align with evolving MuleSoft, Salesforce, and integration technology roadmaps

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a MuleSoft Architect or senior technical lead with strong architectural ownership
Deep understanding of MuleSoft architecture, integration patterns, and API-led design
Strong hands-on background with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Experience designing complex enterprise and public sector integrations
End-to-end SDLC experience including requirements gathering and solution design
Strong client-facing communication skills, with UK client exposure
Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC-cleared)

Desirable Experience:

Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft product roadmap
Awareness of AI and automation capabilities to improve integration delivery and efficiency
Experience working in consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects
