Position Overview

The IT Salesforce Release Manager will serve as the liaison between Product Owners and development teams to ensure user stories are complete, tested, and approved for deployment of code and configuration through Copado. This role requires strong expertise in CI/CD processes and strict adherence to documentation standards for audit purposes. The candidate must be fluent in English to support a global organization.

Job Responsibilities

Testing, Documentation, and Procedures

Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to support overall quality assurance

Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including processes and design artifacts

Implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, collect system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

Systems and Application Development and Deployment

Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of core business applications and systems

Contribute to the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers

Implement best practices to ensure scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and optimal system performance

Required Skills & Requirements

Fluency in English and Portuguese

Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD in a large enterprise environment, with a strong focus on deployments and pipeline management

Proven experience in Copado Release Management

Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in the SD/OTC area (considered an asset)

Working knowledge of PriceFx

7+ years of experience in information technology and systems analysis

Strong understanding of business processes and how data and software applications support those processes

Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems

Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions

Strong understanding of principles and best practices associated with packaged and SaaS applications

Strong proficiency in estimation and planning
