The mission

Own the technical direction of an AI-powered automation platform used by enterprise customers.

You will:
Own architecture and technical decisions end-to-end
Lead an ownership-driven engineering team
Fix real problems: performance, upgrades, CI/CD, stability
Ship reliable releases without founder dependency
You must:
Be comfortable making decisions and standing behind them
Have built and supported production systems
Think in systems, not tasks
Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
