Job Description:

Lead frontend development at an early-stage tech startup, shaping the technical architecture and building user-facing products from the ground up. This high-impact, high-ownership role is ideal for an engineer who wants to define both the product and the engineering culture, playing a pivotal role in the company’s success in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment.

What you will do:

Design and implement scalable frontend architecture, establishing best-in-class engineering practices.
Collaborate directly with founders and designers to turn product vision into exceptional user experiences.
Help define engineering culture, participate in hiring, and mentor future frontend engineers.

The ideal candidate:

5+ years of frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Experience in early-stage environments (pre-Series A preferred), building products from scratch.
Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong product intuition.
