Mission Overview:

The purpose of this service is to provide implementation, industrialization, and operational support for the SINEMA platform.
The consultant will support development teams in using the platform effectively, ensure operational alignment between the SINEMA program’s needs and the underlying infrastructure, and contribute to the design and industrialization of the platform’s technical foundation.
The mission covers both RUN and BUILD activities on the Kubernetes clusters hosting SINEMA components.

Main Objectives:

Support development teams in the use of the SINEMA platform
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and observability
Contribute to the industrialization of the platform’s technical stack
Maintain operational alignment between program needs and infrastructure capabilities

Scope of Responsibilities:

Platform Support & Operations

Provide support to development teams:
Environment usage
Application deployments
Monitoring and troubleshooting
Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters hosting SINEMA components
Ensure smooth RUN operations and incident resolution

Platform Engineering & Industrialization:

Contribute to the definition and industrialization of the technical foundation, including:
Kubernetes
Kafka
Apache NiFi
Hyperledger Fabric
PostgreSQL
Support the deployment and evolution of microservices, APIs, batch jobs, and technical services
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of chaincodes (Hyperledger Fabric smart contracts) for movement and traceability management

CI/CD & Automation:

Design, maintain, and improve integration and deployment pipelines:
GitLab CI
ArgoCD
Helm templates
Ansible
Promote automation and Infrastructure as Code best practices

Observability & Monitoring:

Implement and operate observability building blocks:
Log collection
Metrics
Distributed tracing
Dashboards
Alerts
Ensure platform health, performance monitoring, and proactive incident detection
