Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team supporting enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role is ideal for a technical professional with hands-on experience in secure, scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure, DevSecOps, and containerization.

Top Primary Skills

2–5 years of experience in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure management.
Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud security best practices.
Proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for Azure resource provisioning.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.
Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for KM solutions.
Apply DevSecOps practices to ensure secure software delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
Deploy, configure, and optimize cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and App Services.
Implement containerization strategies for microservices and distributed systems, ensuring efficient scaling and resource management.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud environments for performance, reliability, and security.
Integrate automated testing (unit, integration, security) into DevOps workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality KM solutions.
Ensure solution architecture aligns with security, compliance, and performance standards.
Support hybrid and multi-tenant environments in Azure.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for compliance and governance.

Mandatory Skills

2–5 years of experience in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure management.

Experience supporting regulated or government sector environments.

Knowledge of Azure Policy, Sentinel, and other cloud compliance and monitoring tools.
Experience with multi-tenant, hybrid, or cross-cloud container deployments.
Exposure to AI/ML workflow automation and monitoring in DevOps.
Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work setting.

Location & Work Arrangement

Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.
Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Eligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.
