Job Specifications

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with strong MEP and Field Assembly Integration (FIA) experience to deliver large-scale projects, including data centres and pharmaceutical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP & FIA packages
Manage subcontractors, safety, quality, programme, and budget
Coordinate with multidisciplinary construction teams
Ensure systems are installed and commissioned to design intent
Report progress, manage risk, and engage key stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
10+ years’ experience delivering MEP on major commercial projects
Data centre or pharmaceutical experience preferred
Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or similar contracts
Strong leadership and communication skills
PMP certification desirable
