Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

8–10 years of hands-on Java full-stack development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Frontend expertise in Angular / React.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols.
Experience with JBoss / Tomcat / WebLogic.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
Knowledge of API Gateways (Apigee, Kong).
Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech domains.
Exposure to event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Module Lead.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
