Are you passionate about technology and thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment? Our client is looking for a Software Developer to join our highly collaborative, agile development team that values creativity, autonomy, and shared responsibility.

What you’ll do:

Work within a flat structure, engaging in pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architecture design
Ensure every line of code is peer-reviewed and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Collaborate with product owners, account managers, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain application stability
Participate in sprint planning and help drive value through Scrum practices

What we’re looking for:

Commercial experience with modern programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar)
Solid understanding of MVC or modern JavaScript frameworks
Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow
Bonus: Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, and software design best practices
