Salesforce Developer III (Senior)

Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a growing Salesforce Center of Excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative Agile product team and play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Work closely with product owners and team members to refine requirements and provide technical recommendations
Ensure high-quality, secure, and well-tested Salesforce implementations
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and web services
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support version control and CI/CD processes to maintain stable environments

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), SOQL
Experience with Salesforce data integration and REST API development
Hands-on experience with custom objects, Flow Builder, Apex classes, and controllers
Experience working in Agile teams
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Copado or similar

Nice to Have

Marketing Cloud experience
Financial Services industry experience
Financial Services Cloud exposure
