Client Operations Executive | Investment Management Firm | £35,000 - £40,000| 6 month FTC | London and Hybrid

A growing investment management firm is looking for a Client On-Boarding Analyst to join their Client Operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract. They have over £3 billion under management with a diverse range of investment strategies over various sectors, including VC, Private Credit, Energy, and Social Housing.

Your role will be supporting the wider team and will play a vital role in the accurate and timely data entry of financial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
Be responsible for the accurate input of lease and loan contract date into the new operations system
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Client Services and Sales, to facilitate smooth operations and address client needs effectively.
Ad hoc and supporting role where required to ensure the smooth running of the whole Client Operations department.
Conducting data verification and quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with contract terms.

About you:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services, ideally within leasing or loans is key
In-depth knowledge of application processing, handing large volumes of retails applications.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, would be beneficial.
Solid understanding of UK Regulations for Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering rules.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive and self-motivated.
