Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, overseeing software development, creating forward-looking IT strategies, and managing the technical architecture. Key responsibilities include ensuring successful product development, overseeing the technical team, managing projects to meet timelines, and aligning technological initiatives with business objectives. The CTO will play a central role in driving innovation and ensuring the company remains a leader in fintech technologies.

Qualifications

Expertise in Software Development and Architecture, with experience in building and maintaining scalable systems.
Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple technical initiatives and teams.
Proven experience in IT Strategy and leading technical transformations in alignment with corporate goals.
Knowledge of Product Development processes and the ability to guide the development of innovative fintech solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
