THE WORK:

You'll collaborate with System Management and the Community Services Team, assist with research, creation and administration of water conservation initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on program outcomes.

You'll partner with H20SAV on water conservation analysis. Collect, organize, and analyze water consumption data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and determine areas for increased conservation efforts.

You'll provide administrative support across several functional teams.

You'll participate in community events, workshops and HOA meetings as needed.

You'll work with Community Services Team Members, develop and update educational materials on water awareness and conservation initiatives.

You'll provide analysis and assessments of water, reuse, and wastewater use across water utility systems. Collaborate with host governments on for joint water conservation initiatives.

You'll review and provide recommendations on new and updates to utility water conservation practices, and new water conservation technologies.

You'll assist drafting reports or presentations to Management, stakeholders, and the general public.

You'll provide research to cross-functional teams as assigned by management.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Currently enrolled in a graduate program of an accredited college or university, majoring in Environmental Science, Water Resources Management, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, Public Administration, Public Policy, or similar field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills are a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both an office environment, remote, and in the field

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience in public speaking or speaking in small groups is a plus

Familiarity with local water conservation principles and water-efficient landscaping and Florida-Friendly Landscaping
