How The Alumni Program Works

Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process.
Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training (4-8 weeks), focusing on Java or other languages our clients need.
Placement: Join a global organization for 24 months.
Permanent Role: Most of our graduate’s transition into permanent roles with their client post-program.

What You Will Learn At Mthree Academy

What We Are Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (2.2 or higher).
A solid foundation in software engineering principles.
Skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and test-driven development.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
