The Work:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing organizations and designing their processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing business models and their integration with technology.

Evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solutions.

Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to inform decision-making.

Building knowledge and supporting the team while participating in problem-solving discussions.

Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Developing detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.

Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Creating visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication.

Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Here’s what you need:

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 1 years of consulting or similar experience, with a very strong preference for experience in healthcare.

Demonstrated knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system.

Experience on a team delivering project-based work on tight timelines.

Bonus points if:

Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Public Health (MPH)

2+ years of experience working in healthcare.

Experience managing projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Clinical background.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
