Your Impact: As a Software Developer in Test, you will have the opportunity to: * Bring experience in testing software systems with curiosity about networking technologies, traffic generation tools/techniques, automated testing frameworks and continuous integration(CI/CD) practices. * Design, develop, implement and automate testplans based on the product requirements. * Strive to explore industry trends and standard methodologies and academic research to apply new insights. * Enjoy finding complex issues that require a deep understanding of network protocols and testing methodologies. Apply verification and validation methods to improve and ensure the quality and customer experience of the product. * Work with a diverse set of teams representing Developers, Testers, Architects, Marketing, and System Developers located in various geographies that are passionate about what they build and strive to provide the best customer experience possible while having fun along the way! * Solve problems creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Lead a multi-functional and geographical team with varied strengths. * Be a team member that values open communication, empowerment, innovation and career development. * Have flexibility working in a very fast paced, agile environment on the latest enterprise technologies. * Be a Product and Software Quality Specialist by engaging with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle and focus on Automated Test Framework to help accelerate Software Release delivery while improving Product Quality. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of in Computer Science, Software Development. * Experience developing Test Automation for Network devices (6+ years’ experience) with exposure to Git, Jenkins, Pytest, other test frameworks. Leverage Gen AI tools for automation and efficiency is a strong plus. * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with testing networking/Forwarding features (Ethernet, VLAN, Layer 2/Layer 3, Multicast, MPLS, SDN, OpenFlow, Virtualization, Netconf, EVPN, QoS etc.), network test tools such as Ixia, Spirent is highly desired. * Exposure/Curiosity/Research of AI/ML frameworks/techniques and tools relevant to test automation. * Ability to innovate and integrate AI-powered solutions to optimize testing processes * Experience in building different test topologies involving high-performance networking equipment and solving network failures.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $127,700.00 to $177,700.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
