The Customer Engagement Model (CEM) Team is part of the Transformation Center.
The key objectives and responsibilities will be :

Support Syensqo's Global Business Units (GBUs) as an internal advisory team. This includes:
Growing Syensqo’s topline & market shares by finding new commercial opportunities and selecting the most promising battles;
Accelerating value capture through Customer Segmentation, Channel Management, Key Account management, Pricing and Marketing
Leveraging AI & digital solutions on customer centric approach and on projects co-executed with teams (e.g. AI, IT, Other Functional Excellence)
Work with cross functional teams across the organization to identify pain points, issues & opportunities, develop & implement sound solutions, and measure actions impact & value created - with an iterative approach
Work and supports development of commercial tools, accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results
Develop and give training together with its multinational coworkers to raise commercial excellence / pricing capabilities and skills across the group.
Harvests and maintains premium understanding of the markets & customers: needs, trends, etc.

We’ll count on you to:

Support to Customer Engagement Models programs & projects run in GBUs:
Perform quantitative analyses (e.g. market & customer dynamics, pricing, …), literature research (e.g. competition, products, …), interviews and synthesize information;
Help formalizing presentations & documents;
Animate workshops and team discussions
Work close with a broad range of internal stakeholders (GBUs, Other Functions, IT/ AI).
Support internal team activities (e.g. knowledge management, recruitment, team & people development…)

What you’ll bring:

Degree in Business or Engineering
Be Biased for Action - Be motivated, proactive, fast learner
Be deeply curious - Ask why behind the data, learn about new tools & techniques
Be a change agent - Comfortable with ambiguity, driving transformation initiatives
Have excellent data analysis (Excel as table stakes, complemented by SQL/ Python/ Scripting/…), data visualization (Excel/ PowerPoint complemented by Tableau/ PowerBI/…) and problem solving skills (problem structuring, synthesis);
Master Storytelling - Turn data into compelling narratives & actionable insights
Navigate Stakeholders - ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, adapting to different counterparty styles & preferences
Manage Projects - Workplan, Identify & manage risks, and deliver on-time, on-quality
