Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Des Monies, IA

Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Duration: 1 year contract

Why is this position open? How is it impacting the business?

We have a high priority program with 18 workstreams implementing Oracle ERP System and are looking for a scrum master to help facilitate a subset of those workstreams.

Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like:

Helping the workstream leaders facilitate the necessary activities to accomplish their objectives. Mostly, scheduling and facilitating Agile ceremonies, helping organize and prioritize work, managing tasks within Jira, holding accountability, and removing impediments.

Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365

What skills are you looking for in the ideal candidate?

Preferred
Ability to lead/direct multiple interdependent teams; managing them independently, but helping them make connections across.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across levels and roles (both business and IT).
Strong Agile skills; both to work in an Agile environment and help those not familiar with Agile learn, understand, and work in an Agile environment.
Experience working in Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Nice to Have
Experience helping people navigate change (change management)
Experience with Oracle ERP System implementation
Coordination of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance testing

Is this role needing someone to sit on-site, or work remote?

MUST BE Onsite 3-4 days a week.
