As an AI Engineer, you’ll help build the next generation of intelligent Agents that power this platform — autonomous systems that reason, collaborate, and deliver actionable insights across complex enterprise environments. You’ll work at the frontier of applied AI — blending model engineering, orchestration, and product thinking to make AI truly useful and reliable in enterprise contexts.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and scale intelligent multi-agent systems that can autonomously perform complex reasoning, analysis, and decision-support tasks.
Architect and optimize AI workflows that combine LLMs, tools, and retrieval mechanisms into reliable, explainable, and repeatable outcomes.
Develop evaluation and control frameworks to ensure agent accuracy, traceability, and performance in dynamic enterprise settings.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business problems into scalable AI capabilities.
Continuously refine agent behavior and orchestration through experimentation, system-level tuning, and real-world feedback.
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or software systems engineering.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agentic architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
Strong software fundamentals in Python, APIs, and data handling — you can design systems, not just models.
Deep curiosity about how AI can simulate reasoning, collaboration, and autonomy within real business ecosystems.
