Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid, Austin, TX)
Location Requirement: Candidate must already live within 50 miles of Austin, TX (78751).
No relocation or out-of-state applicants will be considered.
About the Role
This position requires a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who can manage, maintain, and support multiple Salesforce environments. The role involves system setup, integrations, data migrations, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems. Experience with Agile teams, CI/CD pipelines, and modern integration tools is important. This position also requires availability for after-hours support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business needs, system requirements, and operational processes
Identify and evaluate alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis
Review system capabilities and recommend enhancements
Document user needs, functional requirements, and system changes
Manage and support Salesforce orgs, including setup and configuration
Oversee integrations with third-party applications
Perform data migration and ensure data quality
Use CI/CD tools (such as Flosum) for version control and deployment
Troubleshoot system issues and guide teams to resolve complex problems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Scrum practices
Provide 24/7 support as required
Required Qualifications
7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator supporting multiple orgs
7+ years working with SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools
7+ years in data migrations, integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange tools
7+ years troubleshooting complex system issues and supporting production systems
Strong experience enhancing and maintaining system security practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OAuth and application integrations
Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC)
Experience with MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, or Jitterbit
Experience working in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Work Schedule
Hybrid – 3 days remote / 2 days onsite
Onsite days: Thursday & Friday
Standard hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
May require some after-hours, weekend, or holiday support
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
