Job Specifications

The M365 Copilot Developer will support Copilot assessment and rollout across multiple client business units, building extensibility and customizations aligned to the client’s AI adoption strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop solutions leveraging M365 Copilot capabilities.
Build and enhance Custom Agents for specific business use cases.
Develop integrations using the Copilot Agent Toolkit (Agent SDK).
Implement and configure Custom Connectors.
Support testing, documentation, and deployment of Copilot components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with M365 Copilot development.
Practical expertise with:
Custom Agents
Copilot Agent Toolkit (Agent SDK)
Custom Connectors
Ability to support technical teams in AI integration and Copilot rollout.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
