JOB DESCRIPTION

8+ years of Agile experience with strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, facilitation, coaching, and resolving team impediments.
Skilled in backlog management, team collaboration, and applying Agile best practices for continuous delivery and alignment.
Servant-leadership mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and stakeholder groups.
6+ years of experience using Jira, Confluence
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow
5+ years of experience working on MS Teams, Office365
Scrum Master certification required
