Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce BA/Consultant. The Salesforce BA/Consultant will be responsible for managing Salesforce.com environments, gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting business analysis, and improving business processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and fulfill business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
Strong Business Analysis skills, including gathering and documenting business requirements working on Gov projects
Advanced Analytical Skills for assessing and addressing complex business challenges
Experience with evaluating and improving Business Processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Certifications in Salesforce or relevant CRM systems are highly beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
