Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Advisory Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative technology solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Assist project teams with healthcare technology initiatives, including research, analysis, and documentation
Support workflow assessments and help identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
Contribute to presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
Participate in meetings and workshops by preparing materials and capturing key takeaways
Provide project management support by tracking tasks, timelines, and progress updates
Collaborate with team members to enhance methodologies, tools, and best practices
Explore healthcare IT trends and contribute ideas to client and internal discussions
Engage in professional development through mentorship, feedback, and learning opportunities
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
Expected Graduation: May 2027

Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects
Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions

Additional Information
Travel: Ability to travel 20% of the time
Work Schedule: Available for full 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)
