Job Description:

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Onsite)

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing, and delivering enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Hands-on experience building and customizing ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Form Builder, and ServiceNow Studio IDE.

Proven ability to lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, high-performing, and reliable.

Extensive experience eliciting and analyzing user requirements through information-gathering sessions, requirements interviews, and facilitated workshops, including documentation of current-state processes, future-state requirements, and system specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
