Warehouse Operations Team Lead - Bethune, France - Permanent Contract

QCS staffing are partnered with one of the world’s top AI infrastructure companies. As an organisation, our client are leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in France.

What You’ll Do

Define logistics strategy and ensure alignment with data centre expansion and company objectives.
Lead and mentor multiple Team Leads and warehouse supervisors.
Drive automation and digitisation of warehouse and logistics processes (ERP, WMS, BI tools).
Act as the primary logistics escalation point for Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.

What you’ll need:

Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or data center operations.
Proven track record of managing multi-site logistics teams.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Understanding of ERP/WMS systems and international shipping processes.
