Starbucks Global Planning & Sourcing Finance is seeking a business analysis manager to be the dedicated finance support for a broad scope of sourcing activities that deliver value in the direct products space (beverage and dairy) and as well as product innovation related to direct products. This role contributes to Starbucks success by performing highly complex financial models and business cases development. Additionally, the business analysis manager will help drive elevated insights and analytics to share with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to help inform business decisions.

Performs complex financial analysis, financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning - 7 years
Creating business cases to justify net savings to the business unit
Understanding business case impacts on business unit’s P&L and financial budget and targets
Understanding business case impacts on product COGS, product margin and overall supply chain network implications
Driving decision making with Sourcing Partners to assess working capital impact to provide recommendations during supplier negotiations supporting the best contract value.
Additionally, the business analysis manager will help drive elevated insights and analytics to share with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to help inform business decisions.
Applicable industry experiences 5 years (Food/Beverage Sourcing, Product Innovation/ Product Packaging, Supply Chain (distribution centers, transportation and store delivery, as well as areas like Technology and store design and construction)
Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams - 5 years
Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers supporting supplier negotiations - 5 years
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional teams
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to present information to senior leaders
Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontally throughout the organization and with cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead others and provide feedback across internal and external teams
Strong financial governance awareness over financial plan savings reporting
Advanced Excel, statistical analysis and financial modeling skills
Experience with data visualization tools like Incorta, PowerBI, etc.
Working knowledge of Anaplan for financial plan forecasting and reporting
Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
