Strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core for backend development.
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server or NoSQL database systems.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, architecture, and development of enterprise-level web applications while working closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

In this role, you will guide a team of developers, ensure adherence to best engineering practices, and contribute to architectural improvements and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
Mentor and guide the development team on best practices, code quality, and testing standards.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using full stack technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and production.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
