The Job

As a Product Manager in our Central Product Management team, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our AAA titles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, create a roadmap, and execute on it to ensure the success of our games in a live environment. The Daily

Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product management and stakeholders to define the long-term product vision and strategy for AAA titles.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, considering market trends, player feedback, and competitive analysis.
Feature Definition: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA, to define and prioritize features and improvements for the AAA titles.
Live Operations: Oversee live operations, including in-game events, updates, and patches, to ensure a positive player experience and drive engagement and monetization.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and player feedback to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize game performance and monetization strategies.
Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute monetization strategies, including in-game purchases and virtual economies, while maintaining a fair and enjoyable player experience.
Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our titles remain competitive and innovative.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, community management, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and deliver on project goals.
Player Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the player community, gather feedback, and address concerns to enhance player satisfaction and retention.

The Essentials

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, game design) or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market, trends, and player preferences.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Articulate and crisp in conveying the final message
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of monetization strategies and virtual economies in gaming.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

The Nice to Haves

Familiarity with live operations and game development processes is a plus.
