Job Specifications

Client requirements:

Hybrid onsite - Brooklyn Park, MN (must be local to Minneapolis, MN area)
W2 hourly (NO C2C, corp to corp)
Work authorization requirement: US Citizen or GC holder

What you'll do: You will join an engineering team that sits in between the platform and all of the experience teams. This team is building out a lot of the reusable bits that make the experience team's job much more efficient. This team is also the consulting arm to help experience teams with their work to ensure we are both defining and leveraging best practices, repeatable patterns, etc. There are iOS/Android/Web engineers on this team that work together to ensure solutions work and drive parity across all three platforms.

This position will help supplement that team with additional engineering capacity. Seeking Senior level engineer that can ramp up quickly, contribute to architecture/design decisions, produce at a high velocity.

Must Have:

Android
Excellent hands on skills with Android application development tools, including Android Studio and the Android SDK
Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data using services (e.g., JSON, REST APIs, etc)
Experience performance profiling and tuning consumer facing mobile applications
Experience with continuous delivery in mobile, including Test- or Behavior-Driven Design, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation and functional testing.
Experience with distributing mobile applications via public app stores and/or enterprise channels
Jetpack Compose
Kotlin and coroutines

Nice to Have:

Experience implementing a Config (or Server) Driven UI architecture.
Experience integrating libraries with Gradle and using other third party frameworks tools and SDKs, such as Retrofit, Moshi, and Epoxy
Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger, Hilt, or Anvil
Experience with instrumented UI testing with Espresso

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $75.00-110.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
