JADA AI is an AI-driven technology company focused on building intelligent systems at the intersection of AI infrastructure, data, and scalable intelligence. We are entering a new growth phase and are looking for an experienced fundraiser to help secure strategic capital.

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented fundraising professional with a strong investor network and a proven ability to raise capital for high-growth technology companies.
This role is suited for someone who knows how to open doors, manage investor relationships, and close funding rounds.

Responsibilities
Raise capital from VCs, angels, family offices, and strategic investors
Lead investor outreach, introductions, and follow-ups
Coordinate pitch materials, data rooms, and investor communications
Support term negotiation and deal closing
Advise on fundraising strategy and investor positioning

Requirements
Proven experience raising capital for AI, SaaS, or deep-tech companies
Existing investor relationships and strong network
Ability to work independently and deliver results
High level of professionalism and communication skills
Bonus: experience with early-stage and growth-stage fundraising

Compensation
Performance-based (success fee / % of funds raised)
Long-term upside available for the right candidate
Flexible structure depending on experience and results
