Software Engineer (Fullstack)

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Fullstack) to help build and maintain Nugen's Domain-Aligned AI™ platform that enables enterprises to trust decisions made by AI-assisted workflows. You will work across our entire tech stack to develop robust backend services, intuitive frontend interfaces, and efficient deployment pipelines, ensuring reliable performance and seamless user experience for customers in industries where AI reliability is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize both backend services (Python, FastAPI) and frontend components (React, TypeScript) for our Domain-Aligned AI™ platform.
Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces that effectively communicate AI reliability metrics to technical and business users.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of our platform components
Configure and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with product, research, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that solve enterprise AI reliability challenges.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with full-stack development, including modern JavaScript frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Python, Node.js).
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, API design, and secure coding practices.
Ability to learn quickly, debug complex systems, and contribute to all aspects of our development workflow.
