Senior Data Scientist

Contract Duration: 7 months

Work Model: Hybrid (50% on-site / 50% remote)

Must reside in Belgium and hold the right to work in Belgium

Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.

Join our clients' Predictive Models team within Marketing & Communication and help shape the future of responsible AI.

You’ll design and deploy AI models that make campaigns more relevant and impactful, using advanced machine learning, customer journey modelling, and large language models for text analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end AI solutions to optimise marketing campaigns and customer targeting.
Build data pipelines and use LLMs for text classification, summarisation, and intent detection.
Apply best practices in responsible AI, including model interpretability and validation.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and project ownership.
Expertise in Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL, git, and bash.
Experience with customer journey modelling, experiment design, and LLM-driven solutions.
Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
