Position: Backend Software Engineer (Go)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $80–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Go using real-world software development scenarios.
Create, test, and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain consistency and scalability across benchmark task distribution.
Provide structured feedback on solution quality and technical clarity.
Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility.

Requirements

Strong years of experience as a backend software engineer, ML engineer, or applied data scientist.
Strong proficiency in Go.
Experience with debugging, testing, and validating production-grade code.
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
