Job Specifications

Sibling is recruiting for a for a hands-on Data & MLOps Engineer to support a growing Data & Analytics function in Brussels. The role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, operationalising machine learning models, and enabling teams across the business to work smarter with data.

Tasks

Own and evolve the MLOps setup used by data scientists.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
Drive automation across data workflows and analytics processes.
Set coding standards, manage versioning, and keep documentation clean.
Act as the bridge between business users, data teams, and IT.

Ideal Skills

Strong knowledge of MLOps, data modelling, and data engineering.
Solid background with Azure, Databricks (Spark/PySpark), and GitHub.
5+ years in a similar environment (Big Data / ML / Data Science).

Long-Term Freelance Assignment, Hybrid Working.
