Job Specifications

Position: Bilingual AI Trainer

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $30–$120/hr (based on language pair & experience)

Location: Remote

Duration: 10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Requirements

Proficiency in at least two languages with strong written and verbal communication
Deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances across the supported languages
Strong attention to detail when reviewing and correcting language outputs
Ability to evaluate tone, context, intent, and naturalness of language
Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and annotation platforms
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide structured feedback
Reliable availability and consistency in task completion

Role Responsibilities

Review and refine multilingual datasets used to train AI language models
Evaluate AI-generated text for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance
Identify translation errors, unnatural phrasing, or contextual mismatches
Annotate, translate, and curate language data across multiple use cases
Provide clear written feedback to improve AI response quality
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and engineers to improve language performance
Participate in quality checks to ensure consistency and high linguistic standards
