We are looking for a hands-on Desk Quant with Front Office Fixed Income and FX experience, ideally with exposure to shorter maturity vanilla derivatives with exceptional technical ability and a sharp understanding of how models drive P&L
The Role
You'll sit directly on the trading floor, partnering with traders and strats to:
Build, maintain, and optimise pricing and risk models used in live trading
Develop Excel-based analytics and Python/C++ tools to automate decision-making
Support model calibration, trade capture, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot issues across Windows and Linux environments under fast-paced market conditions
What you'll Bring
Strong programming skills in Python and C++ (production-level preferred)
Advanced Excel/VBA for Front Office analytics and prototyping
Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
Degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Sharp communicator with the ability to explain quantitative concepts to non-quants
