Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Java programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust Java based applications.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java programming (Java SE, Java EE).
Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of object oriented programming principles.
Proficient in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with front end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7 -10 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in Java programming is a must.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
