Context & Mission

The consultant will design, build, and maintain dashboards with Power BI as the reference BI

technology, and will also contribute to CRM Analytics (Tableau within Salesforce) when

required.

The role is business-facing, focusing on KPI definition, data storytelling, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver dashboards using Power BI (reference technology)
Contribute to dashboards built in CRM Analytics (Salesforce / Tableau)
Define KPIs with business stakeholders and Data Product Owners
Ensure dashboard clarity, usability, performance, and adoption
Maintain and evolve existing dashboards
Support users in interpreting data and insights
Coordinate with Data Product and Data Engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Power BI (modeling, DAX, performance)
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with CRM Analytics / Salesforce (strong advantage)
Proven experience delivering business dashboards
Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
Confirmed to senior profile required (autonomous, no junior profiles)
