Tech Bar/1st Line Support/Hammersmith.
Superb Hammersmith based client have an urgent role for an experienced Tech Bar/1st Line Support consultant. Working onsite, Inside IR35, with either early, normal or late-day shift patterns, you should have similar experience with Dell Laptops and Apple devices.
Face to Face and remote IT support for employees including VIP's.
Deal with service requests and incidents for the organisation
Meeting room and telephony daily checks and support
Dell hardware fault resolutions and liaising with Dell pro support team for Laptop repairs
Manage Laptop hardware upgrades for clients in a timely manner
Prepare and deployed new starters Laptops within agreed timescales
Document redundant out of warranty Laptops in preparation for recycling (performed killdisk processes)
Printing related problems resolutions
Provide Deskside support
Project support services
