We’re Hiring: Security Team Leader
Location: London EC2A 3NP
Pay: £14.50 per Hour
Hours: Various (4 on 4 off, Days & Nights & Weekends)

Responsibilities
Job Description
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
Leading and motivating your security team to deliver exceptional service.
Coordinating and overseeing regular safety and security patrols.
Managing gatehouse operations and access control.
Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responding to incidents and supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
Maintaining vigilance, preventing disruption, and reporting security concerns promptly.
Accurately maintaining records of all activity, incidents, and team handovers.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
A valid SIA licence.
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within security.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Competence in using security systems and technology.
A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
