How You Can Contribute

Automate the mundane transform repetitive, error-prone tasks into reliable automation that accelerates development and reduces friction
Engineer for resilience anticipate and prevent failures before they happen by designing systems that heal, scale, and adapt under pressure
Own your craft end-to-end from architecture to deployment to continuous improvement, you'll shape infrastructure that teams can trust
Code the foundation use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) to define environments that are reproducible, auditable, and version controlled
Illuminate the unknowns build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that surface insights early and empower teams to act fast
Containerize with purpose design and deploy containerized applications that are efficient, portable, and secure by design
Champion security and compliance integrate protection and auditability into every stage of the delivery pipeline, not as an afterthought
Collaborate deeply partner with developers, QA, operations, and product to align velocity with stability, innovation with reliability

Requirements

Who You Are

You are a hands-on DevOps / infrastructure engineer who thrives at the intersection of development and operations. You're comfortable working across systems, automation, and tooling, and you know how to simplify complexity without compromising reliability or security.

You have 2+ years of practical DevOps / infrastructure engineering experience, preferably working both on-premises and in cloud environments
You have deep experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tooling (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, or similar)
You've designed, built, and maintained CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent) and automated deployment workflows
You're proficient with Linux across multiple distributions (Alpine, Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.) and can troubleshoot kernel, networking, or OS issues
You have experience containerizing applications (Docker) and orchestrating them at scale (Kubernetes, Helm, etc.)
You've built or operated observability infrastructures: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident detection
You understand and apply security best practices: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, encryption, network isolation
You can write scripts or small applications (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.) to glue systems, resolve gaps, or automate tasks
You are fluent with version control workflows (Git, feature branches / merge requests, code reviews)
You are a confident communicator: able to convey technical tradeoffs, risks, and constraints across engineering, product, and non-technical teams
You are self-motivated, proactive in surfacing and solving problems, and comfortable working independently or in cross-functional settings
