About the Company

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Business Analysis & Development Support Trainee to join the eyonis® Business Unit. This is a high-exposure role at global level, working closely with senior management and Product Managers, with an initial focus on the U.S. market followed by Europe. You will have the opportunity to work at one of the most promising Healthtech companies, preparing to launch an AI-powered Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for lung cancer screening in the U.S. and Europe, and advancing a strong oncology pipeline dedicated to improving patient outcomes and transforming the radiology field. In this internship/traineeship, you will provide market insights, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making within an international healthcare environment. Fluency in English is required for this role; proficiency in French is a strong plus.

About the Role

This internship/apprenticeship involves providing analytical support and insights to drive business development and market analysis within the eyonis® Business Unit.

Responsibilities

Market & Business Analysis

Conduct in-depth market and segment analysis to identify opportunities and define the right target segments globally.
Assess potential and return on investment (ROI) to support prioritization of opportunities.
Prepare business cases for new projects, products, or market initiatives.

Business Development & Opportunity Scouting

Support business development activities through research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
Scout new opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Affiliate Performance Analysis

Analyze affiliates’ performance and consolidate results for business reviews.
Prepare presentations and reports to support management discussions and strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of business analysis with marketing and commercial objectives.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across functions.

Qualifications

Student or recent graduate in business, economics or a related commercial discipline.
Marketing studies are nice to have.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
Knowledge of data analysis, market research, and business case preparation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Languages: English (mandatory), French (a plus).
